James Doyan
James’ retail life started at 12 selling shoes in Leeds and has had a customer centric focus ever since. However, with first hand experience, he became increasingly concerned at the approach consultancies took in their ‘land and expand’ approach and their continual focus on opportunity and not delivery. So James co-founded Athito to focus on delivering projects that will make a difference to clients, their staff and most importantly their customers. Athito took the decision to employ retailers to work with retailers and has not looked back since. Heading up Athito’s Retail Practice, James lives the philosophy of doing a great job in an efficient, effective and enjoyable way.
