Whist an ability to manage projects is implicit in all the work we do we’re proud that every one of our project managers has an insurance background. We don’t believe that Project Managers who are generically capable with a Prince 2 qualification is good enough and we expect all of our project managers to have enough domain knowledge to be able to have that tricky conversation with the Active Underwriter to understand exactly what he needs and articulate challenges around how it will be delivered in a language that will resonate with the business community.
