There can be a number of reasons why things are just not running as smoothly as they should or could.  Sometimes it is about, people, sometimes the process and sometimes both.

Sometimes we have to recommend the changing of the operating structure of a business in order to achieve success – from the boardroom to the shop floor.  We have seen how not to do organisational change on a number of occasions and also the cost of underestimating the impact of process change.  Ignoring people and structure can be costly – and as we have seen – suicidal.

In order to ensure that our business change programmes are as successful as they can be, we align any new processes and working practices with the organisational structure.  Should there be a mismatch, gap or hole then we make the appropriate recommendations and changes as we see fit to ensure success.

We have significant experience of working with HR teams and have a number of NLQ qualified practitioners who specialise in the ‘People’ aspect of change.  After all, without the people there will be no change.
